Melvin Higgins

Melvin Higgins was diagnosed with cataracts in her eyes.   Dr. Stephen Lewis recommended she go to eye surgeon, Dr. Christopher Shelby. Dr. Shelby explained how the operations would be done and both doctors put Higgins at peace.  The surgery went as planned and now Higgins sees as well as before the cataracts.
