Emergencies

Our doctors and staff are prepared for most any type of emergency eye care. Contact our office for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Billing and Insurance Information

We accept most insurance. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding any insurance or billing questions. We are happy to assist you.

Payments

All copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. You may be responsible for a separate fee for your eyeglass prescription and/or contact lens fitting. We accept all major credit cards, healthcare spending accounts (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA). For your convenience we have available CareCredit Financing.

You can also pay your bill online using Online Bill Pay.

Release of Information

We are unable to release any information to anyone without your written consent on the required Alternate Contact Form. Your information is privacy-protected.
