Cost

The screening is FREE. After your screening, you will then be required to come back in for a more comprehensive pre-surgical refractive evaluation. Our fee for this service is $150.00. (Because LASIK, PRK, and SMILE® are considered elective procedures, we will not file your evaluation fee or surgical procedure with your insurance.) Your refractive evaluation will take between 1 – 2 hours to allow us the necessary time to determine which procedure is best suited for your visual needs and to review your preop and postop care. You will meet with your surgeon and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have pertaining to your selected procedure.

For the 1st year following your procedure, your investment will cover all follow-up visits pertaining to your procedure as well as any enhancements are included in the surgery fee. This price also includes your LVC kit as well as your post-operative eye drops and eye shield.
